Pets are a part of the family! During your home cleaning services we recommend that you allow your pet to remain freely in their home so they can be stress free , however some pets may not do so well with technicians coming in and so you may choose somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.

Our system monitors & tracks every step of all residential cleaning services , you will receive notifications when staff are "on the way" , started & finished their service at your property, receive automatic booking reminders right to your phone.

You are billed after your visit by an emailed invoice for general cleans, bigger services ie: move in/ out require a 1 hour deposit and a Credit card on file
Our preferred method of payment is by e-transfer, cash, or cheque.
We offer credit card payments with a 1.5% service fee.
Payment is due on the day of service unless a different payment schedule has previously been discussed.
Late payment fee applies to invoices past the date of service per day at a rate of $7.50 + tax.
A lot of administrative time goes into scheduling and organizing staff routes, ensuring clients get service on their set days and having the day run as smooth as possible.
When you book a cleaning service with us you’re immediately put into our scheduling system, this holds your service slot, therefor if insufficient time is not given before cancellation this is a loss for the company and our staff who earn income per job completed.
We kindly ask for 48 hours or more to cancel or reschedule as this allows for us to fill that spot and reorganize the day efficiently.
When canceling a service less than 48 hours and between 24 hours there will be a fee of $75+tax.
If canceling on day of service you will be billed at your regular rate.
If your booking was a one time service or booked as an emergency for service within 1-4 business days and you choose to cancel you will be billed a minimum of 1 hour for the quoted service.
Although it is pleasant for Our clients and technicians to build friendly relationships, we have a poaching policy which will result in a monetary fine up to a maximum of $2500 if it comes to our attention you have received or hired an individual from our company for your own personal services.
We spend a great deal of time paying for advertising to obtain new employees & training new hires.

Thank you for choosing Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. Before proceeding with our services, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship between us.
**1. Client Obligations:**
All clients, both new and existing, are required to review the FAQ section on our website www.platinumcleanershrm.ca

**2. Fees:**
- Credit card payments will incur a service fee of 0.04%.
- Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payment fees apply 24 hours after service completion at a rate of $7.50 per day, up to a maximum of 30 days.
- If payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days, Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the debt.
- Commercial accounts will be billed 5% interest per 30 days overdue (monthly).
**3. Cancellation Policy:**
- For general upkeep clients:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service incur no fee.
- Cancellations made under 48 hours before the scheduled service incur a $75.00 fee.
- Cancellations made on the day of service will be billed the full cost of the regular service with no service provided.
- All cancellation requests must be made via email at info@platinumcleanershrm.ca, by calling 902-329-9666, or through text message notification.
**4. Deposit:**
- Deposits are required for one-time services (e.g., move in/out, deep cleans, post-construction) and are refundable with a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable if less than 48 hours' notice is given.
- If your service is rescheduled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, accidents, road construction), your service will be rescheduled at the earliest available date. Cancellation fees will apply accordingly.
- For bookings made within 2-4 days of the service date and cancelled with less than 36 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 1 hour of the quoted charge will be billed for administrative and employee compensation.
**5. Estimate:**
- Our estimates are based on a series of questions asked prior to any service. Any changes in the condition or misleading information provided may result in estimated cost adjustments.
- Clients will be billed according to the service requirements of the completed service. Clients are responsible for stopping any additional time if they wish to have services not completed. This rule applies to general upkeep clients as well.
**6. Incident and Damage Liability:**
- Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. strives to provide exceptional service while taking utmost care of your property. However, incidents may occasionally occur.
- Clients are advised to store away valuable items of sentimental or considerable high value prior to the cleaning service to mitigate any potential risk of damage or loss.
- Items that are not securely attached, such as mirrors and picture frames, have a higher chance of being dropped or damaged during the cleaning process. Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. will not be held responsible for damage to items that are not securely attached. Clients are encouraged to ensure the secure attachment of such items before the cleaning service commences.
**7. Client & Technician Relationship:**
- Clients must not approach an employee for personal employment or retain them for cleaning services separately from Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. A monetary fine of $2500 will be charged to both parties by our company for compensation.
**8. COVID-19 Policy:**
- Please inform us immediately and cancel your service if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, and your service is approaching.
